966pk Terms & Conditions

01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "966 pk", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the 966pk online gaming platform, accessible at https://966pk.ws, and its operating entity holding the applicable international gaming licence.
• "You", "user", or "player" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any part of the 966pk platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a player upon successful completion of the 966pk registration process.
• "Balance" means the total PKR-denominated funds held in your 966pk account at any given time, including both real-money funds and any bonus funds subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matching deposits awarded by 966pk under a specific promotional offer, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Services" means all products, games, betting markets, promotions, customer support, and ancillary features made available on the 966pk platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by 966pk using CNIC documentation before processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary by 966pk's compliance team.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency in which 966pk transacts with its users.
• "Restricted Person" means any individual under the age of 21, any individual located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful, or any individual who has been self-excluded or otherwise barred from the platform.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account and use the 966pk Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a firm minimum and is not subject to exception under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and bots may not register accounts.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either issued by 966pk or by any other licensed gaming operator where cross-exclusion applies.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a functioning email address.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended 966pk account. Each person is permitted to hold only one account. If you have previously had an account closed for a breach of these Terms, you may not re-register without express written consent from 966pk's compliance team.

By completing the registration process, you warrant and represent that all information provided is truthful, that you meet the eligibility requirements set out above, and that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

03 Account Management

You are solely responsible for the management and security of your 966pk account. This includes, but is not limited to, the following obligations:

• Keeping your password and any two-factor authentication credentials strictly confidential.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notifying 966pk immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team.
• Ensuring that your registered contact details — including mobile number and email address — remain current and accurate at all times.

966pk will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 966pk that requests your password or full CNIC number should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

966pk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, and general bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200.

Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically reflected in your 966pk account balance within 30 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer and Raast deposits may take between 5 and 30 minutes depending on the originating bank's processing speed. 966pk does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal request can be approved.
• The withdrawal amount must not include any Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied their applicable wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible, to ensure the integrity of the transaction trail.
• 966pk reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above a threshold determined at 966pk's sole discretion.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically between 1 and 24 hours for mobile wallet methods, and between 1 and 3 business days for bank transfers.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

966pk may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement) before they may be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly at the time the offer is presented.
• Not all games contribute equally to the clearing of a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games such as baccarat may contribute at a reduced rate. Game contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• 966pk reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, modify its terms, or disqualify any player from a promotion where abuse or exploitation of the offer is reasonably suspected.
• Bonus funds expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the time limit specified for that promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account balance without notice beyond the initial promotion terms.

966pk does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any particular promotional offer. Promotions may be amended or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice posted on the platform.

06 Sports Betting Rules

The 966pk sportsbook covers a wide range of markets including PSL cricket, international cricket, UFC, and other major sporting events. The following rules govern all bets placed through the 966pk sportsbook:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation — the confirmed odds shown on your bet slip are binding.
• In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, 966pk's settlement rules for that sport (as published on the platform) will determine whether bets are settled, voided, or carried over.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to a short delay to prevent abuse of any technical latency. 966pk reserves the right to reject any in-play bet where there is reasonable suspicion that the player had access to information unavailable to the general public at the time the bet was placed.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, event type, and player tier.
• 966pk does not accept bets placed by, or on behalf of, any participant in the event on which a bet is placed (i.e., match-fixing or inside betting is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities).

07 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the 966pk platform — including live baccarat, slot titles, and Lucky Bingo — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by an independent third-party testing laboratory. The following rules apply to all casino game activity:

• Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG system. 966pk does not and cannot influence the outcome of any game in favour of the platform or any individual player.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a live session, the affected game round may be voided and any staked amount returned to the player's account. Partial winnings from incomplete rounds will not be paid out.
• Table limits for live baccarat (minimum and maximum bet per hand) are displayed within the game interface before each round. Players who attempt to place bets outside these limits will receive an error message and the bet will not be accepted.
• 966pk's Lucky Bingo rooms operate on a fixed schedule posted within the Bingo lobby. Entry into a bingo room after a game round has commenced may not be permitted, depending on room-specific rules.
• Any attempt to use automated software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to play casino games is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 966pk platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false or misleading registration information, including misrepresenting your age or identity.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform — any such vulnerability must be reported to 966pk support immediately; exploiting a known error is grounds for balance forfeiture.
• Using the 966pk platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting on any sporting event listed on the 966pk sportsbook.
• Employing betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, commonly known as bonus abuse or bonus hunting.
• Accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful under applicable local law.

09 Responsible Gaming

966pk is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 966pk account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase request is subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations after which the platform will prompt the player to take a break or log out.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, the account cannot be used to place bets or make deposits, though pending withdrawals will continue to be processed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the 966pk platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in a permanent account closure. 966pk will take reasonable steps to ensure self-excluded players are not re-admitted to the platform.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

966pk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

966pk will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with regulated service providers directly involved in the delivery of the 966pk Services (such as KYC verification partners, payment processors, and game content providers) and with competent authorities where legally required.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 966pk platform — including but not limited to the 966pk brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 966pk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 966pk platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 966pk content without prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 966pk's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

966pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, even if 966pk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

966pk does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, technical updates, or events beyond 966pk's reasonable control including power outages, internet service disruptions, or force majeure events.

13 Termination & Account Closure

You may close your 966pk account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after applicable KYC checks have been completed.

966pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• A material breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from 966pk's compliance team.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a competent authority requiring 966pk to close the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 966pk reserves the right to withhold any balance that is attributable to the breach. Real-money funds not connected to the breach may be returned at 966pk's discretion following investigation.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 966pk holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 966pk's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team in writing.

966pk aims to resolve all player disputes within 14 calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, you may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body specified by 966pk's gaming licence authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available on request from our support team.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

966pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 966pk will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to registered account holders before the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the 966pk platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.
